About
I am a marriage and family therapist intern in Los Angeles.
My absolute passion is helping people fight to fully inhabit their true identities and align their lives with what they feel is meaningful.
I hold a master’s degree from Phillips Graduate University and a bachelor’s from Princeton University. I also practice at Miracle Mile Community Practice in Los Angeles.
I am originally from New Orleans and have lived in Los Angeles since 2006. I worked for several years in media, entertainment and sales, and am particularly in tune with the specific demands and pressures of those industries.
In my career consulting practice, we work through the hard questions together. We interrogate and assess the assumptions we all operate under, and figure out if those are in tune with what we want for our lives.
Change is a process. If the changes you are seeking were easy or quick, you probably would have made them already. If there was some magic formula or test you could take, you would have discovered it by now. As a consultant, my job is to help you articulate your priorities, to explore the map of possibilities, and support you on what might be a challenging journey through uncharted waters.
I have worked with clients who work at Fortune 500 companies such as Oracle and Time Warner, as well as individuals and sole practitioners in the fields of sales, tech, finance, politics, and education.
